This brief interview provides insight into the skills and experience of Mr David Gesch. David has recently joined Marinova as the company's Technical Services Manager.
What skill do you bring to Marinova?
I bring extensive experience across the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, and agriculture sectors. My skills span new product development, manufacturing, formulating, regulatory compliance, and analytical method development. I have driven successful projects for boutique startups through to large-scale developments for established global brands.
Can you tell us about your expertise?
Although there has been significant diversity within previous roles, it is innovation and development that has always underpinned my work. I have more than two decades of experience operating in highly regulated manufacturing environments, including the design and accreditation of state-of-the-art facilities.
I thrive at the intersection of scientific research and market demand, and am skilled in bringing these elements together to achieve commercial success. I excel in guiding new concepts through their entire lifecycle, from early ideation and development through to manufacturing and ongoing process improvement.
What brought you to the Marinova team?
I was looking for a collaborative environment in which I could apply my skills in chemistry to contribute to meaningful research and product development. I was drawn to Marinova because of its outstanding reputation in the biotechnology sector and its genuine commitment to quality.
