Marinova is delighted to welcome Ms Frances Huddlestone to the position of Client Services & Project Officer.
This brief interview provides insight into Frances' extensive experience in project management and industry development.
What skills do you bring to Marinova?
I bring strong skills in technical delivery, project management and professional communication. I really enjoy presenting technical information to a diverse range of audiences and building collaborative relationships across industry sectors.
Can you tell us about your expertise?
A Bachelor of Natural Environment and Wilderness Studies served as a springboard into the Tasmanian aquaculture industry. I have spent more than a decade focused on new product development, quality control, project management and stakeholder engagement – particularly in the premium seafood sector. I have really enjoyed delivering complex projects involving numerous stakeholders with different priorities, and collaborating with various organisations on shared objectives.
What brought you to the Marinova team?
I was very attracted by Marinova's reputation as the global leader in its field. The company is at the forefront of Australia's acclaimed marine biotechnology industry and being a part of that dynamic sector is very exciting. I value the collaborative approach of the team and their unrelenting drive to develop products that have such a positive impact on human health.
What are some of the day to day activities in your role?
I support Marinova's business development activities, anticipating customer requirements and assisting throughout the product development process. This includes arranging product samples and supporting the efficient delivery of orders across the globe. I also manage a number of special projects, ensuring Marinova continues to deliver exceptional customer service across all its functions.
